I?ve gone to Al?s a few times and the impression I get is honesty. They seem up front and don?t talk to you like they?re trying to ?sell you the fix? to your own vehicle. Also, they seem like a real shop? I?m not an expert, but this group seems as though they can perform actual repairs as well as just replacing parts, (like Dobbs or your local dealer).

This review is long over due. My note got stashed in my pile of to-dos. We service all 6 of our cars at Al?s Service. It is always a great experience. Starting when you open the door and Remy greets you, learning what needs to be completed and why and checking out. My children always complained when they were away at college and had to have any work on their vehicles. At a very young age, they recognized how Al?s Service was superior to what they were receiving in Columbia. If you can feel good about sending your children to Al?s Service, then I highly recommend it for your family and friends.

Highly recommend this shop. I moved to the Kirkwood area 3 years ago. This shop happened to be around the corner from my house, and I?ve used them on two separate occasions. I have no complaints about their service, transparency, or the quality of work they performed on my car. They always have my vehicle out in a timely matter, very communicative during the process, and have never taken advantage of me when it comes to repairs/pricing. Very fair and very kind employees. They also came to tow my car in the middle of the day, which I really appreciated on such short notice. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Honesty, Integrity, and Exceptional Customer Service. This is the best way to describe Al's. When I moved to the Kirkwood area two years ago Al's was recommended to me, and I have been very impressed. Yesterday afternoon I had car issues where I was stranded at Big Bend and Kirkwood Rd. I called Jackie, and within a few minutes Joe had stopped what he was doing to come tow my car, and also managed to fix it by the end of business. They were also kind enough to give me a ride home. This is just one example of how they go above and beyond. If you're in search of an honest service shop I highly recommend Al's.
